Ozlem Warren, International cookery teacher and the author of Ozlem’s Turkish Table cookery book, is very excited to visit Kalkan for a series of events and cookery classes.
Ozlem has been invited by Deborah and Ramazan Kivrak, to hold an event at the lovely Villa Cennet Bahçesi where she will demonstrate making:
Antakya’s flat breads with za’atar, pepper paste and cheese (Biberli Ekmek)
Spicy bulgur wheat salad (Kısır)
Potato and bulgur patties with pomegranate molasses
This will be followed by a scrumptious Turkish style lunch.
The cost per book is 25 GBP or equivalent TL. Cash payments only.
