We will shop for the ingredients at the local markets in Kalkan in the morning before cooking southern Turkish specialties from her cookery book together.
Afterwards, we will all sit down and enjoy our cooking, with a glass of wine.

Date and time: Tuesday, May 5th, 9.45am – 2.00pm
Place : Guru’s Place Cookery School
Cost: 50 GBP (cash) per person – the cost includes all ingredients, recipe packs for everyone, Ozlem’s instruction, glass of wine and sit down lunch together afterwards. A deposit of 20 GBP is requested on booking.

Copies of the Gourmand award winning Ozlem’s Turkish Table cookery book will be available to purchase at the event and Ozlem will be delighted to sign them for you. Copies are 25 GBP or equivalent in TL.
