A new era in the Turkish economy will shortly come on to the statute books in Turkey when Parliament agrees a new law to offer mortgages on private property.
A new era in the Turkish economy will shortly come on to the statute books in Turkey. A bill to introduce home loans - mortgages - was put to Parliament this week. The system will be very similar to that on offer in the UK with loans offered by financial institutions against property.

Turkey is hoping to see the financial benefits of private property ownership that has been enjoyed by many of the northern European countries including the UK.
