Property Generally ADSL Help in English

If you have struggled, as has Fethiye Times, with telephone help when there are problems with your ADSL – those days are now gone.
Turk Telekom has introduced English-speaking telephone support workers, and you don’t have to go through robotic-voiced button pushing to get to them.
When you dial 4440375, which is the ADSL Help Line, initially a Turkish voice answers but, within a second or so, a rather plummy-voiced Englishwoman cuts in and says ‘For English please press 9’. Follow her instructions and you are put straight through to an English-speaking ADSL support worker.
