The British Embassy in Ankara has published the first edition of its new quarterly UKinTurkey newsletter and you can find here on Fethiye Times.

The newsletter has been launched in response to comments from the British resident community who said they would like to know more about what the UK Government’s Turkey network – the Embassy in Ankara, the Consulate-General in Istanbul, and the posts on the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts – are doing.

In each edition they will be profiling specific examples of different areas of work, providing links to information on their website and updating readers on their consular activities too.

With around 40,000 UK nationals reported as living in Turkey the newsletter should reach an eager audience.

But that is only one way the British Embassy is getting to know Brits in Turkey better. They have also been hitting the road and are in the process of holding a series of meetings at a location near you. In fact a meeting will be held in Fethiye today at 10am at the Alesta Yacht Hotel.

You can download the newsletter from Fethiye Times website here.
