The restoration of Fethiye's ampitheatre would now seem assured following the approval of much needed funding.
This week provincial officials signed an agreement pledging 4.522 million Turkish Lira to the restore the antique theatre in Fethiye.
The work, which is expected to take around two years, will see some amazing changes to the currently dilapidated structure.
The plans in the recent Fethiye Belediye newletter showed a couple of designs to restore the theatre to its original glory although the final plans have not been confirmed.
Work is scheduled to start on 9 July and be completed sometime in March 2014.
