Have you ever felt like taking a bit of time out of your life to reflect and relax?

On this retreat, in the stunning setting of The Olive Garden, Kabak, nurtured by chef Fatih’s amazing cooking and guided by expert teacher Sadhita, we will be learning Yoga and Meditation which relax the body and mind.

The Teacher

Sadhita has been teaching yoga for many years. His method is an integral system of hatha yoga which involves Buddhist principles and meditation. I have been on retreat with Sadhita several times and I can wholeheartedly recommend him for his patience, wisdom, humour and expertise. Absolute beginners are very welcome. The Program

From Monday to Friday, we will rise at 7am; tea and coffee will be available. At 7.30 Meditation will be taught and led followed by a Yoga session at 8.15am, including breath training, systematic relaxation and posture work.

Breakfast will be at 9.30/10.00 am after which there will be free time until 12.00 when there will be a short workshop on aspect of yoga or meditation, giving you time to ask any questions about both topics.

Lunch will be at 1.30pm after which you can swim, walk, read or explore the beach and mountain area. At 6pm there will be a gentle afternoon yoga session focusing on Yin practice i.e. gentle long holding meditative posture work.

Dinner will be at 7pm and at 8pm there will be a session of meditation and /or a talk.

The program will run from Monday-Friday with weekends free for arrival and departure.


Breakfast will consist of home made bread, cheese, olives, fruit and yoghurt. Lunch will be soup bread and salad. Dinner will consist of a three course vegetarian or fish meal.


Accommodation consists of shared or single wooden chalets with en-suite bathrooms; most have mountain or sea views and small verandas on which to while away the hours.

The Place

Kabak is situated along the ancient Lycian way in a secluded bay along Turkey’s Mediterranean coast. Only one hour from Dalaman airport, it is easily accessible but remote enough to be unspoilt. The views are stunning and The Olive Garden is the perfect tranquil location for this special week where you can devote yourself to you; nurturing body and soul. For people travelling from the U.K., you should fly into Dalaman Airport on the Saturday or Sunday before the retreat. For locals, there is a Dolmus to Kabak from Fethiye.


£250/650 lira per person sharing a chalet, single or double beds available. £395/995 lira for a chalet to yourself. Includes: accommodation and food for seven/eight nights plus teaching. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, a menu is available for any other requirements. There are a few camping places available if we sell out of Chalet places at £195/ 500 lira per person. Flights and transfers are not included but can be arranged.
