After January’s boot sale was more or less washed out, it was no surprise that stall holders and buyers were eager to get back into the fray again in February.

And after the huge storm on Saturday night there were sighs of relief all round as Sunday 20th February dawned bright and sunny, with just the odd traces of puffy white cloud.

Remember, the boot sale season ends in April so there are only two more opportunities for you to buy/sell before the summer heat takes over.

The final two sales of this season will be on 20th March and 24th April – the latter being Easter Sunday so expect an explosion of all forms of eggs!

Not to mention bunnies and maybe bonnets!
