The new Gocek Tunnel is now fully open. The single carriageway tunnel takes only a few minutes to drive through compared to the 10 to 15 minutes it would take at peak times to drive over the old mountain pass. This should now cut the transfer time to the popular resorts of Gocek, Fethiye, Calis, Oludeniz, Hisaronu and those further down the coast.

Our picture shows the new toll booths in operation that are located on the Dalaman side of the tunnel.

Don't forget if you are arriving on holiday and will be driving towards Fethiye that you will need 2.5 YTL to use the new tunnel.
