Regular readers may recall the Ölüdeniz Folk Dance Group’s trip to Sarıkamış in February 2008 (pictured).
This time they are going to Kars at the invitation of the local Governor.
So expect bulletins on the history and local culture in Kars over the week ahead.
We wish them luck in the freezing weather and high altitude.
