The Turkish Lira weakened against major currencies yesterday following Wednesdays interest rate cut by the Turkish central-bank

This is the second interest rate cut so far this year.

The news saw the value of the Turkish currency tumble.

The British Pound could buy 3.85 Turkish lira on the wholesale currency by the close of the markets on Thursday.

More Turkish Lira to the British pound could be good news for British holidaymakers visiting Turkey for their holidays in 2015.

If these rates continue tourists could get a better value break.
