For many people this kind of yacht is a dream come true with or without the addition of a rainbow.
Superb photo opportunity
Riccardo Agnelli, resident and Fethiye Times reader, took this amazing photograph just the other day, just after an autumn squall.
It is of the super yacht, Dilbar, on her way into Fethiye for refuelling.
We wonder whether the people on board realized what a phenomenal scene they were making.
With an impressive overall length of 110.00m (360.89 feet) and a beam of 16.00m (52.49 feet), she is currently the 23rd largest yacht in the world.
Dilbar has been spotted a few times this summer in the Gulf of Fethiye.
Here she is earlier this year in one of the Göcek bays.
Fethiye, Göcek and the Muğla coastline generally are becoming destinations of choice for all kinds of visitors and the many luxury marinas and are attracting more and more top of the range yachts.
Dilbar was built in 2008 by Lürssen, a family-owned German company, with a history dating back more than a century.
The spectacular vessel is owned by the Russian oligarch, Alisher Usmanov, who named her after his mother.
Dilbar accommodates 20 passengers and 47 crew and designer, Tim Heywood, added some rather distinctive specifications for this top of the range motor yacht, including a helipad.
Interiors are by Alberto Pinto.
We always love receiving unique and beautiful photographs like this from our readers, for a different take on life in Fethiye, so keep on sending them please.
