The annual Charity Promises Auction organized by Çalış based Children’s Charity, the 3C’s, will soon be here.

The fundraising auction, now in its seventh year, has grown into such a huge event, that organizers, the 3C’s have decided to split the auction over two nights, and hold them a week apart.

Two auctions will take place on:

  1. Wednesday 28 May
  2. Wednesday 4 June

They hope that this will enable more people to attend and that it will not be such a late finish.

Both auctions will contain a wide variety of Promises and the auction catalogues will make it very clear which lots are being auctioned on each night.

Thanks to the generosity of “pledgers” and bidders and the expertise of 3C’s auctioneer George Rimms, last year’s auction raised a record 17,500TL and it would be absolutely amazing if the charity could  equal or better this total in 2014.

It is a great chance for you to pick up a bargain and help the children at the same time.

On both nights, the auctioneer will be setting up his podium on the promenade outside the Nil and Bambu restaurants where catalogues and bidding cards will be on sale.

Viewing of lots will take place from 5.00-7.00 pm and the auction(s) start at 7.00 prompt.
