If you fancy a bit of sunshine this winter then head on over to Turkeys Sunshine Coast with a one-way leg from Manchester to Dalaman Airport for just £26.99.

Thomas Cook Airlines are operating two flights a week this autumn and winter to Dalaman Airport enabling second home owners, expats, lifestyle commuters and those new summer 2015 romances to be kept alive.

Traditionally the last week of October marks the end of the Fethiye, Marmaris, Kalkan, Dalyan and Gocek tourist season as charter flights to and from Europe stop and the tourism business goes into hibernation.

But for the second year Thomas Cook Airlines will be operating flights from Manchester and Gatwick airports direct to Dalaman Airport on Turkey’s sunshine coast.

The flights will depart on Tuesdays from Manchester during November, 22 and 22 December, 5 January and then after a short break will resume again on Tuesday 9 February until the spring schedule takes over at the end of March.

Gatwick flights depart on Tuesday from 3 November then 23 and 30 December until 6 January. There is then a short break and a weekly flight will then resume on Tuesday 9 February until the end of March.

Flight times are good too arriving early afternoon at Gatwick and arriving back at tea time.

No Sweat

The autumn and winter are great times to visit the Fethiye area and enjoy the beautiful walking, exploring and other outdoor activities without breaking into the sweat you would have to endure in the summer.

Take a trip to the mountains for fun in the snow, walk along the deserted beaches and scramble over ruins without the crowds.
