New Turkish Tourist Visa Regulations 1 February 2012
The Turkish Government will introduce new tourist visa rules from 1st February 2012.

The much anticipated change to Turkish tourist visas was brought into law on 24th October when the Turkish Council of Ministers changed the regulations under Decision number 28094.
This means that the terms of tourist visas issued to certain foreign nationals entering Turkey will change from 1st February 2012 when the new law comes into force.
Our friends over at Kalkan Turkish Local News have written a comprehensive article all about the changes and how they could or may affect people so make sure you take a look at their article here "New 90/180 day visa update - 3 weeks to go" for the latest news.
Remember this is just an interpretation of how the new law may be implemented and only time will tell how things will work in practice.
