A lack of publicity around the introduction of Universal Health Insurance for Residence Permit Holders in Turkey has caused a great deal of speculation with the foreign expat population.

National Turkish newspaper Hurriyet Daily News, which was incidently the first to highlight the changes, has now published a few more snippets of information and they can be found on the Hurriyet Daily News site here.
