Health and Security Yesterday's Earthquake Claims One Life

Yesterday's earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter Scale, centred on the island of Rhodes, woke the population in an area from Kas through Fethiye to Bodrum. However, one woman lost her life on the Greek island of Rhodes near to the epicentre of the quake.
It wasn't the direct effect of the quake that killed the lady but her urgency to vacate her property. According to Greek news reports the lady slipped whilst fleeing, fell and sustained a fatal injury.
A salutory tale to take care even when faced with a earthquake shaking property.
