Dog Thieves Strike In Fethiye

Last night two dogs were stolen from outside their owners’ houses in the Tuzla area of Fethiye between 9:00pm and 11:30pm. One dog was a valuable Doberman pedigree, and the other a cross breed bitch. Turkish people don’t like to keep animals in their houses but tied up outside and this makes them an easy target for dog thieves who can easily unleash them.

We only have a picture of the cross breed bitch. She is around 6 months old and answers to the name ‘Odie’. As she is not a pedigree we expect the thieves may well have let her go so she may be wandering around the area. She was wearing the same coat and a collar the night she was stolen.

If you see Odie wandering around please phone 0539 363 0197.
