Next door to Villa Lavanta and actually designed and planted by David Groom who lives at Villa Lavanta, Terry and Barbara’s garden isn’t large and is low maintenance.

They only live here for part of the year so the ‘low maintenance’ factor is a must.

Trees, shrubs and gravel are central to this garden and as you can see from the photo the result is a clean, green oasis. Then there are touches of colour as you can see below.

Whilst this was the smallest garden open, it demonstrated how even a small space can be used to create a tranquil garden that gives great pleasure to its owners and complements their house.
