Summer is drawing to a close and the Gardening Club are getting ready for another season of monthly meetings visiting gardens (public and private), nurseries and other places of horticultural interest.
September's meeting is at Chris and Pat Johnstone's house in Ovacik and we hear they are already hard at work making sure their garden is at is best for the gathering. In October the Club is having an away day culminating in a visit to the Palm Centre at Koycegiz and numbers for that trip will be finalised at the September meeting. It's strictly 'members only' so, if you want to take part in the outing in October, make sure you join up at September's meeting.
