The programme for the first five months of next year is:

January 7

AGM + an episode of Around the World in 80 Gardens, Shine Indian, ơlış starts 2pm.  Pay 2009 subscription.

February 4

Fruit tree pruning demonstration by Devrim from Chamber of Agriculture.  Morris & Janet’s house, ơlış.  Bring your secateurs/loppers and do some pruning.

March 4

Bring and buy Plant Sale at Villa Lavanta, Ovacık.  All plants will be 1YTL to go to club funds.  So bring lots and buy lots.

April 1st- 2nd

Proposed overnight trip to Antalya to look at several landscape schemes in hotels and parks and end with a visit to a nursery.  Cost will include coach fare, dinner, bed and breakfast.  April 1st is Fethiye Times’ fourth birthday so we’ll be celebrating that too.  We will have further information for January’s meeting.

May 6th 

Vanessa & Tony’s garden in Ovacık.

Club Membership

Membership is 10YTL for a year or part-year and the Club meets on the first Wednesday of each month except for June, July and August as it is too hot. 

If you want to find out whether or not the Club is for you come along as a guest to any meeting and pay just 5YTL. 

All funds are used to support the Club’s activities.
