When I wrote about Linda and Mario’s garden I stated that the extension to the original garden had been ‘designed and planted by Nil Peyzaj’ – and I was wrong.

Whilst most of the plants in the garden were supplied by Nil, who also helped them plant the larger specimens, the design was Linda and Mario’s own work, as was the planting.

Not to mention the hours of back breaking effort they put in clearing the land before any garden could be created.

The hardest part of so many jobs is the ‘preparation’ and in this case it involved removing stones galore and uprooting many old olive trees.  The latter were all given away/re-used so nothing was wasted.

Linda and Mario, quite rightly, e-mailed to point out my mistake, hence this correction.

They are to be congratulated on all their hard work and creativity and, it has to be said, writing this gives all you readers another chance to see more images of their beautiful garden.
