Fethiye Friends of Animals Association Centre in Fethiye continues to be the main attraction for Animal Welfare around Turkey. People travel as far as 300 kms to bring stray cats and dogs to them for neutering which they accept for free.

However, the centre also cares for other breeds of animal and has recently helped a young Stork to regain its health after it had sustained a broken wing.
