The Calis Carnival Committee has published their 2008 carnival annual report today.
The colourful and easy to read document not only sets out the aims and objectives behind the popular event but also charts the range of innovative events that took place, the many sponsors that helped as well showing where the money came from and where it went.

Don’t forget the 2009 Calis Carnival takes place on 23 May, and with many more events in the lead up still to come, there are plenty of ways to support this vibrant local initiative.
