In what has become an annual tradition, once again Sınday’s 3Cs Christmas Fair brought hundreds to the Çalış promenade to enjoy the December sunshine and the wonderfully varied array of stalls… This year has seen many changes in the local charity but it was good to see that the organization was as efficient as ever.

We arrived late in the afternoon but were delighted to see many of the stalls still doing brisk trade and Çalış brimming over with people of all ages, chattering away in Turkish, English, Russian, Dutch and German, obviously all having a great time.

This is particularly important bearing in mind that there is competition these days: both Antalya and Köyceğiz were also holding Christmas Fairs on Sunday.
